4 EASY STEPS TO APPLY

Step 1

Eligibility Screening

The first step is typically to reach out to us. This can be done by giving us a call or sending us an email and we will respond at our earliest opportunity. 

Step 2

Housing Assessment

Once deemed eligible, you will usually be scheduled for an intake interview to gather more information about your specific situation, needs, etc.

Step 3

Documentation and paperwork

An individualized housing plan will be created and you will be required to complete and sign necessary documentation

Step 4

Placement and follow-up

Once all the necessary steps are completed, you will be placed into suitable housing based on availability and your specific needs.
